“Tricks of the Trade:” I have an extra client key made (with permission) so if I ever lose one, I’ll always have a spare. I have the customer number engraved into the key, so if the tag comes off I will still be able to locate the customer it belongs to. I also send out assignment confirmations about a week prior to a sit. That way, if there are any changes, the customer can call me.
